• You agree to provide a valid email address and not to use bots, automated scripts, or disposable emails to artificially inflate your position in line.

3. Intellectual Property

While our core philosophy is that you own your future social data, the branding, design, copy, logos, and underlying code of this specific landing page remain our exclusive property. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, visual design elements, or concepts without express written permission.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the timeline of our platform's launch, the final feature set, or uninterrupted availability of this landing page. Building a decentralized protocol takes time, and we are committed to doing it right over doing it fast.

5. AT Protocol & Future Terms

This site currently acts as a bridge. Once our application launches on the AT Protocol, a new, comprehensive set of Terms of Service will be issued. That future document will outline the specifics of federation, decentralized identity (DID), content hosting, and client application usage.

Until then, these waitlist terms govern our relationship. We can't wait to show you what we're building.
